Freak out Friday's for Nina would usually include some classic Billy Idol "White Wedding" bonanza, possibly a touch of Dolly Parton's "Jolene" and a squeeze from Talking Heads, whilst Ben's Friday Fevers are best spent sinking into the world of Sonic Youth and bathing in red wine with The Future Sound Of London.

However, in this testing time we had to turn our backs on the psychedelic 70's and the bouncy 80's, because we had to meet somewhere in the middle. So instead we said hello to the Naughties and busted open the early 90's.

Sitting back, swigging a cold beer or two, we reminisced through the songs Spotify had to offer. Some songs opened a can of worms here, others released a dark memory there and some exposed the odd skeleton.

What we eventually turned out with was an art-garage, post-punk, apocalyptic sonic wall of desperate haze. Now it's time to kick back, roll a smoke, dig our choice and enjoy your Friday evening with some classic dead air rock.
