it's been a few months since Metronomy recorded their last session for us, and a few more since this site regenerated, Dr Who stylee, into a new design. But now hold onto your honchos - because the Artrocker TV Sessions are back!

And not just back, but also boasting a great band to kick off our third season: Good Shoes. Rhys and co have had a mental year already, releasing No Hope No Future and the Way My Heart Beats EP, and this session caught them right in the thick of it all.

As Rhys said at the time; "I think the session went pretty well, although I've been up since eight - which in my world is far too early." Judging by the spritely sound of this month's session, you'd never have guessed he was knackered.
