Shock of the New: Grubby Mitts

Shock of the New discovers the abstract grooviness of Grubby Mitts

Grubby MittsYOU MAY NOT HAVE HEARD OF:
Grubby Mitts from Bedfordshire.

IN A NUTSHELL, THEY'RE A BIT LIKE:
a cut 'n paste collection of half-heard conversations, cowbells, melodies and ambient synths.

FROM WHAT WE CAN TELL:
The band usually play art galleries, cinemas and, well, anything but those dreaded live music venues.
They've picked up support from our Paul Artrocker, who's spun them on Artrocker Radio.

IT'S ONLY A FIRST DATE, BUT WE'RE THINKING:
That their new single 'To A Friend's House' should be more confusing and less groovy than it
actually is. The thing is it, er, isn't. Which is a good thing. Right?
