The Futureheads Super Summer Memories
Barry from The Futureheads explains why THIS summer is in fact the best summer of all time!
This year has been the best summer ever. We've already done lots of travel and the festival season is picking up it's pace.
Summer is time to feast. A time to fill your boots and do a little dance. We have had a good amount of time at home over the last few weeks. The strawberries are doing well and the fig tree is settling in. It's my dream to live in a constant summer, and you can do this by simply moving between to north and south hemispheres. Imagine that.
I love how as soon as the sun comes out everybody is catapulted in to the world of high energy. We have more energy but we slow our pace down, people walk slower, enjoy life more and want to take it all in. As opposed to winter when everyone sprints around trying to get inside.
