You can't beat a good list. And to prove the point, here is a good list:

What do you reckon? Actually, that's not a good list, it's a cracker! Somebody needs to compile tracks by all of the above, forge them onto a CD and give it away with a magazine - how lovely would that be?
And maybe, in my dreamworld, that magazine could include features about; Paris Suit Yourself, Chapel Club, Those Dancing Days, Blood Red Shoes, Gruff Rhys, The Chapman Family and a DAF retrospective. It would include 30 pages of the hottest reviews, loads of fashion stuff, a smattering of New Bloods, the latest thoughts from Tim Burgess, a look at the art for the new J. Mascis album, a pictorial of Queen in all their pomp, classic albums from Royal Trux, Rated and Slated from Does It Offend You Yeah?, David Bowie in Man who Fell To Earth and maybe even some Half Man Half Biscuit.
And then, like Pam Ewing I wake up and guess what? No, Bobby isn't in the shower, but it wasn't a dream after all, my ideal magazine exists, covermount CD and all.
