AIM Awards announce trophy
Outstanding Contribution award to go to Edwyn Collins

Two of the awards going at The Association Of Independent Music's (AIM) Independent Music Awards have already been announced. Ex-Orange Juice frontman Edwyn Collins will take the Outstanding Contribution trophy, while Mute's Daniel Miller has been named the winner of this year's Pioneer Award.
These, the second Independent Music Awards, will take place at The Brewery in Clerkenwell on October 29.
