Outkast's Andre 3000 has been confirmed to play the role of Jimi Hendrix in the first major movie biopic of the legendary '70s guitarist and singer.
The film, titled All Is By My Side, will focus on Hendrix's time in the UK in the late '60s.
It will shoot in Dublin and Wicklow this month, according to ITFN.
