Asian Dub Foundation to perform ‘La Haine’ live
Secret Cinema will also screen the urban underworld film in London on the eve of the Mayoral elections
Asian Dub Foundation will perform a score to La Haine in London and Paris this May 2 and 5 respectively.
The collective have written a new soundtrack to the film, which will be screened for free at the Broadwater Farm Community Centre in Tottenham to accompany the live performance. The date will coincide with the eve of the London mayoral elections.
ADF will then move to Paris to perform La Haine with a screening on 5 May, the eve of the French Presidential elections.
The events have been organised by The Other Cinema, an organisation related to Secret Cinema.
A second London performance will take place on 4 May at The Troxy in East London.
