Band of Skulls set for largest UK tour to dateAfter a recent run of sold-out UK shows last month, culminating in a rapturous London 100 Club gig, Band of Skulls have announced their biggest UK headline tour to date.

The full list of dates are as follows:

MAY 2010
7th: Leeds, Cockpit
8th: Glasgow, Classic Grand
9th: Manchester, The Factory
10th: Nottingham, Rescue Rooms
11th: Wolverhampton, Slade Rooms
13th: Portsmouth, Wedgewood Rooms
14th: London, Electric Ballroom
15th: Brighton, Great Escape Festival

Tickets for the shows are priced at £8, except London where they will be £10, and are available from Wednesday 23rd February 2010.

They are set to release a new single, I Know What I Am, through You Are Here on 15th March and will also be shortly announcing details of the release of further single to coincide with the May dates.

Proving successful on both sides of the Atlantic, recent months have seen the band contribute to the New Moon and Whip It (the new Drew Barrymore film) sound-tracks and make a high profile US TV appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel Show.
