A stellar cast of musicians are lining up to pay tribute to the folk artist who died in 2009

Beck, Robert Smith & Bombay Bicycle Club for John Martyn tribute LPA new John Martyn tribute album is forthcoming called Johnny Boy Would Love This.

Among the acts taking part are Beck, Robert Smith, Bombay Bicycle Club, Beth Orton, Phil Collins, Snow Patrol, Vashti Bunyan and Paolo Nutini.

The double-LP is out this week on Hole In The Rain Music/Absolute, with proceeds going straight to John's family.
