Emmy The Great plans Chrimbo album with Tim from Ash

The duo will promote it with a live show at London's Bush Hall

Emmy The Great and Tim Wheeler of Ash will release a Christmas album this year called This Is Christmas, out on 14 November.

The duo, who last worked together on a series of Pixies covers for the JD Set, will promote their festival album with a gig at London's Bush Hall on 14 December.

Said Tiny Tim: "I'm a sucker for all kinds of Christmas songs from carols to Nat King Cole to 70s glam rock classics to 80s guilty pleasures. And it felt like a good time to contribute something new to the genre".
