Next Thursday will see the launch of issue five of Flabby Danger - the full colour version. A fanzine of the old school type, the issue includes interviews with The Pheromoans and Mean Bikini. An article on Gringo Records, zine reviews as well as comics and illustration by Elizebeth Blue, Paul Arescot,The Gym, Bobby Brown Shoes,Steve O'Shea, Charlie Mellors, Russell Taysom and Tom Cherril

The night takes place at The Palentine, Stoke Newington Road and DJs include Melary Mean from Mean Bikini, DJ Records, DJ Captain Haddock and Flabby Dagger DJs. Music will be a mixture of punk rock,post punk, garage, riot grrrl and metal - so, heavy then. And it's free all night, can't say fairer than that.
