George Michael is still allowed to drive for some reason

If this was Mock The Week I'd have some absurd snap line about George Michael's driving skills and how they relate to his sexuality or his drug taking. No wait it's not Have I Got News For You, it's nothing of the sort, if I engaged my brain right there I could have really had you in hysterics, but there's nothing funny about road safety [Teen Road casualties in London have fallen this year actually].

George Michael was caught on CCTV mounting the [insert Mock The Week joke here] kerb and ploughing into Snappy Snaps in Hampstead this morning. Police confirmed that "A man in his 40s was arrested on suspicion of being unfit to drive." the statement continued "He was taken to a north London police station and later bailed to return on August 13 pending inquiries".

Can we officially get George Michael off the road please?
