George Michael to finally face trial over Snappy Snaps crash
George Michael needs a driver. I'm sure he could get one if wanted...
On the 6th of July we reported that George Michael had crashed his car into a Snappy Snaps and had been arrested "on suspicion of being unfit to drive". Strangely that story came the day after we ran a story about a fall in Teen casualties on London's roads. Well yesterday I ran a story about a stencil campaign supporting Teen Road Safety and today George Michael has been arrested "for driving under the influence of drink or drugs and possession of cannabis." Lindsay Lohan at least served a few days in prison, I'm not saying get George Michael behind bars, I'm saying get him off the roads, the man is a genuine menace to society behind the wheel.
For the crime of crashing into the Snappy Snaps under the influence of drink or drugs while in possession of cannabis; George Michael was arrested this morning and freed on bail, he will appear before Highbury magistrates on August 24th.
