Leeds premier gloom-rock merchants I LIKE TRAINS are out on the road again with the release of their new 'Beacons' EP. This year has been a busy one, with the critically acclaimed ‘Shallows’ album under their belts and appearances at Y-Not, Amsterdam’s Indiestad Festival and Live at Leeds.
Their atmospheric drone has been described by the NME as a ‘hefty whomp of steely –eyed beauty’ and by our Artrocker reviewer as ‘a somber and affecting collection of music’.
Combining visuals from video artist Michael J Connolly it kicks of in their hometown of Leeds at the magnificent City Museum, before heading off around the UK and out to Europe. Set to be a truly special tour from a band in their prime, catch them at the following venues:
