Jay-Z keeps up globe-trotting run with more UK shows
Hova plans UK live return in June...
Jay-Z is finally the biggest rapper in the world, it took 14 years to achieve it, he's been the biggest rapper in the US since 2000 but so pleased is he that the world is finally embracing of his music and status that he's not going to stop touring by the looks of things. To give the UK credit though, they never quite got over the Annie-sampling 'Hardknock Life' which made him famous, but certainly had a lot to answer for in terms of taste.
His recently discovered outlook on touring has been developed by his ground breaking partnership with Live Nation which produced his new company Roc Nation. The partnership has also created one album 'Blueprint 3' which was one of last year's biggest sellers and made Jay-Z the most successful solo-artist of all time, beating Elvis Presley along the way.
Jay-Z will hit Manchester's MEN Arena on Monday 7th of June, Birmingham's LG Arena on Wednesday 9th June and he will top off the summer with a performance at Wireless Festival in Hyde Park, London on Sunday 4th of July. Tickets for all shows go on sale Friday 19th February at 9am. Tickets for Wireless available at wirelessfestival.co.uk and tickets for the Arena shows are available at .
