This Summer Miloco Studios has launched a brand new and exciting sister company, Miloco Villas, which forms part of the ever-expanding Miloco group. Miloco Villas has been created to represent a growing portfolio of world class holiday lets.

The company ethos is to provide clients with a refined choice of highly exclusive villas from around the world. Miloco Villas is launched with two luxury premises: El Cortijo in Andalucia, Spain; and Black Rock on the Greek island of Santorini, both of which are already marketed by Miloco as residential recording retreats due to the inclusion of high-end recording and mix facilities within both houses. However these spectacular locations are also equipped to the highest standard to cater for holidays, conferences, photo and film shoots, or anything else that may require a luxury 5-star setting.
