Mumford & SonsMumford & Sons are planning to get heavier on their second album, with bassist Ted Dwane promising a "doom folk" record that has been influenced by none other than bat-eating metallers Black Sabbath.

Speaking to Rolling Stone, bassist Ted Dwane said the album would be more "mature" than their bouncy and giggly debut.

He said:

"[It's] certainly more mature, I'd say. The second record is just a reflection of our mindsets, where we're all at. It's doom folk, kind of like Black Sabbath meets Nick Drake".2010's 'Sign No More'.
