Muse single ‘Survival’ is released - Listen Now!

Muse premiered the first single from their new album The 2nd Law last night (27 June) on Zane Lowe's Radio 1 show.

Artrocker's Cindy Suzuki gave her initial thoughts of the song.
"It's got that cinematic backs-against-the-wall thing that Muse do well, but with a multitude of opera samples and a sense of ridiculousness that strays close to The Darkness' territory, I'm not sure how seriously the athletes will be able to take it. As a subversive piss take of the Olympics it works quite well though!"
Matt Bellamy said of the Olympics decision: “It’s a huge honour to have the track chosen as such a major part of the London 2012 Olympic Games. I wrote it with the Games in mind as it expresses a sense of conviction and determination to win”.
