The potential Republican Presidential candidate is slapped with a lawsuit by Survivor

Newt Gingrich sued for “unlawful use of ‘Eye of the Tiger’” US politician and potential next Mr President Newt Gingrich is being sued for playing 'Eye of the Tiger' at one of his rallies.

The theme to Rocky III was a number one single for Survivor in 1982. It was written for Sylvester Stallone when he couldn't get his mittens on Queen's 'Another One Bites The Dust'.

The songwriter Frank Sullivan is now suing Mr Gingrich for unauthorised use.
