Odd Future reveal album art and release date

Tyler, The Creator has posted what *might* be the release date and artwork for Odd Future's upcoming album, OF Tape Vol 2.
He Tweeted that the record would be released on "the 20th" - the month of which is presumably debatable.
In an official announcement, Tyler Tweeted thusly:
""ALL NEW SHIT FROM ME, FRANK, HODGY, LEFTBRAIN DOMO, MIKE G, AND UH... HOPEFULLY... YA KNOW"
The artwork to record - or what presumably is the artwork of the record - was also revealed to be a mug shot of pro-skateboarder and Odd Future buddy Lucas Vercetti.
