The Black Keys sued Pizza Hut and The Home Depot (both US) back in June.
Since then, both companies have denied using the tracks without permission. Pizza Hut used 'Gold On The Ceiling' while Home Depot (a home DIY brand) used 'Lonely Boy' on adverts earlier in the year.
