Pussy Riot found guilty
Russian female punk troupe to be given sentence
The BBC reports that 'three members of Russian punk band Pussy Riot have been convicted of hooliganism motivated by religious hatred'.
Their Cathedral protest incorporated a track which called for the end of the Church's support of President Putin.
The Judge said that the bands actions had: "crudely undermined social order".
Prosecutors are apparently seeking a three-year jail sentence.
Putin and the Russian government aren't exactly known for their loving, liberal politic, but this must come close to top of the pile for further rubbishing foreign opinion.
