Sigor Ros announce UK shows
Icelandic band to bring their anthemic noise over next March
The soundtrack to every BBC Wildlife advert will be brought out in a live setting by Sigor Ros next March.
The band will be hitting the following dates:
March 2 - Glasgow, SECC
March 3 - Manchester Apollo
March 7 - London, Brixton Academy
March 8 - London, Brixton Academy
They also released this statement after their Sunday set at Bestival this weekend, after apologising for not streaming their set over Bestival's YouTube channel: "Sadly then, a perfect storm of production issues and technical problems conspired to mean that the band went on to have a thoroughly miserable experience on stage too. And to spare everyone's blushes a decision was made to draw a discrete veil over proceedings. Sorry, but we can be so much better than what you missed. Another time, for sure".
Just to clarify, Artrocker was at the show on Sunday, and it was mind blowing. If they can do any better, these will probably be the best shows you could ever hope to see.
