Sky Larkin announce UK tours with Les Savy Fav and Frightened Rabbit

Sky LarkinSky Larkin are set to tour with Les Savy Fav in November, swiftly followed by a run of dates with Frightened Rabbit. The Leeds trio, fronted by singer/guitarist Katie Harkin, have just sweated their way around the UK on their first headline tour of this year and are about to set off to Europe for more headline shows before joining Blood Red Shoes on tour in N.America. They will also play at New York¹s CMJ festival.

On 8th November Wichita Recordings release the Year Dot digital EP featuring Kaleide album highlight Year Dot and a host of extra tracks.

Sky Larkin¹s acclaimed second album Kaleide was released in August. It was written in the crypt beneath a Victorian church somewhere in deepest
Yorkshire and recorded in Seattle with producer John Goodmanson (Girls, Blonde Redhead, Sleater-Kinney). Sky Larkin have played in 16 countries on 3 continents, sharing bills with the likes of Broken Social Scene, The Gossip, Los Campesinos! and Conor Oberst. They recently toured with The Cribs and played a Stateside tour with label mates Peggy Sue.
