Snoop Dogg visits Welsh farmer

Noted horticulturalist Snoop Dogg invited Welsh farmer Ian Neale, proud grower of the world's heaviest swede, to share gardening tips and smoke with him at the Cardiff leg of his (ingenoiusly titled) 'Doggumentary' world tour.

The rapper and part-time actor contacted the 65 year-old Welshman via his YouTube video blog (pictured in front of a wall of marijuana leaves), declaring: "I want you to come backstage and see me because I do vegetation myself and I want to know your secret".

Having turned up to divulge his prize vegetable-growing expertise with Snoop Dogg, Neale confessed to the press: "I had a smoke with him. I don't smoke, but he offered me one, so I had one", he said, later adding that the cigarette's contents, unsurprisingly, didn't consist of just tobacco.

Unfortunately, Neale wasn't exactly a fan of Snoop Dogg's music. "I wouldn't pay to see him. I'm still deaf", he said.
