Stone Roses: new songs, world tour, Manchester shows

"This is a live resurrection" says Ian Brown, relaunching his old band

The Stone Roses have held a press conference at the Soho Hotel in in London confirming that they'll play two shows at Manchester's Heaton Park on June 29th and 30th 2012, followed by a world tour.

"This is a live resurrection, and you're invited, so you better be there," said Ian brown at the conference.

The band also confirmed that they'd be playing new material at the shows, of which more details are to shortly be announced.
