Twitter Beef: Lethal Bizzle claims N-Dubz theft…
Did N-Dubz steal a song from Lethal Bizzle?
Lethal Bizzle took to Twitter today to claim that N-Dubz took a song he wrote for the band, tweaked it and released it as their own song.
Lethal recently revealed a breakdown in his relationship with N-Dubz whom he helped early in their career and promised on "Slew Sunday" that he'd explain why.
Lethal started by Tweeting "Ok,so ur gonna hear wat I wrote & sang for tulisa, she parred me off then few months lata N dubz I need u comes out, don't lol at my singing", I can assure you that all makes sense. He then posted a link to a Youtube video featuring his reference vocal for N-Dubz and the band's extremely similar 'I Need You'. Bizzle claims that representatives of the band attempted to get in touch to prevent the original recording's release earlier in the day.
While the songs certainly sound similar, what can't be denied is exactly how horrible they both are in exactly the same ways but also in totally different ways. Lethal has an understandable grievance but why did I have to suffer by hearing the songs? Why did you have to suffer? You, who clicked a link I posted in good faith? Enjoy the rest of your day.
