Simon Cowell and Will Smith apparently 'disgreed'

Despite plans to swamp the airwaves with more Guetta's than humanity could ever take, the DJ-based telly talent show based on the 'X-Factor' model are off, according to the New York Post.
Cowell's planned to work with the production company owned by Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, Overbook Entertainment, on the project. But apparently Cowell and the Smiths couldn't agree on who should get the top spot on the credits.
A Syco rep told the paper: "Syco and Overbrook decided not to proceed together on a DJ competition show". Thank God.
